From early work in Soho to our current home in Santa Monica, Los Angeles, we’ve built a reputation for thoughtful music execution shaped by experience, culture, taste, and close collaboration.

Motive is led by a small core team and supported by a trusted network of composers, producers, and music supervisors, assembled as needed to serve each project with focus and care.

Our original music has been recognized with honors including ASCAP Top TV Series, LIA, Clio, Andy, One Show, and Cannes Grand Prix.
